Monthly Accounting Positions


Bookkeeper


Position Description:
  • Focus efforts on preparation of financial statements for clients
  • Prepare client payroll checks and / or accounts payable in a timely manner
  • Communicate technical issues to clients and staff
  • Maintain control over all aspects of the engagement
  • Identify additional client service opportunities with current clients
  • Research specific technical issues
Position Qualifications:
  • Financial accounting experience
  • Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with accounting software including Quickbooks and excel
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
