Monthly Accounting Positions
Bookkeeper
Position Description:
- Focus efforts on preparation of financial statements for clients
- Prepare client payroll checks and / or accounts payable in a timely manner
- Communicate technical issues to clients and staff
- Maintain control over all aspects of the engagement
- Identify additional client service opportunities with current clients
- Research specific technical issues
Position Qualifications:
- Financial accounting experience
- Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with accounting software including Quickbooks and excel
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
